Order Status

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This will include the tracking number and shipment method of your order. Otherwise, please email Customer Service at customerservice@thenewclotheslinecompany.com or call us at 1-203-354-3836 and we'll gladly check the status of your order.

Shipping

We ship via Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS. All shipping prices are based on weight and size. Various shipping options will be given upon checkout.

Web Store Returns

We will gladly refund any item purchased directly from www.thenewclotheslinecompany.com for a period of 45 days from the original date of purchase. We are only able to accept returns on items purchased directly from our online store and not from any of our associated domestic and int'l retailers.

NOTE: If you received an item that was damaged in shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-203-354-3836 (M-F 8:00AM-4PM MST) or email us at customerservice@thenewclotheslinecompany.com.

How to Return/Exchange an Item

Fill out the return/exchange form downloaded directly from our site. Use the form to ship the items back to our Returns Center. Make sure your package has sufficient postage and is sent via a track-able shipper. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when we receive your return. We will review the product and determine if a refund is applicable and will refund your purchase price thru our eCommerce platform, along with an email notification of the refund. If you choose to exchange your item, please indicate the product on the return/exchange form provided.
